Refer A Friend Program (“Program”) Terms and Conditions:

During the promotional period you can receive a $75 gift card (Referral Reward) if your referred friend becomes a new Bitlancer customer and remains a customer in good standing for at least six (6) weeks. To be eligible to receive a Referral Reward: you must be a current Bitlancer customer in good standing at the time of the referral and at the time the Referral Reward is issued; the referred friend must identify you by name at the time of sign up (rewards cannot be applied retroactively); and the referred friend must still be a Bitlancer customer in good standing at the time the reward is issued.

Subject to availability, Referral Rewards will be sent after the six (6) week period. Bitlancer may use third party service providers for fulfillment of Referral Rewards, and you acknowledge that your receipt and/or use of the Referral Rewards may be subject to additional third party terms. The Referral Reward is the only compensation you will receive for the referral. Only one Referral Reward per a new customer account; and self-referrals are not permitted. Referral Rewards are limited to $525 in total value per referring entity per calendar year. You are responsible for any and all tax liabilities associated with the Program.

By participating in this Program, you agree to release and hold harmless Bitlancer, its affiliates and subsidiaries, and their directors, officers, employees, agents and service providers, from any and all claims or damages arising out of, or in connection with the Program and/or use of any Referral Rewards. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed according to the laws of the United States and the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

Bitlancer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time and for any reason, without notice, at our sole discretion. This Program is void where prohibited by law.
