My credit card is expiring. How do I update it?

To update your credit card on file after a renewal has been declined, please click the link in the automated email you should have received from our payment provider, Stripe.

If you did not receive an email or wish to change your card for other reasons, please reach out Bitlancer Support and we will help you resolve the issue.

Please do not include credit card data in email.
