What are known limitations of the software?

Here is a list of the most common limitations customers ask us about. Unfortunately:

  • You can not waive a penalty before you receive the preview report.

  • If a client’s membership changes between class time and when charges process, and their new membership is excluded from being penalized, they will not be charged a late cancel or no show fee.

  • If a roaming client’s membership expires between class time and when charges process, they may not be charged a late cancel or no show fee.
