How can I set a maximum pay for an instructor?

You can set a maximum pay for an instructor on the add & edit payrate screen. Maximum pay always applies to a specific payrate and will need to be set on every payrate an instructor has.

Maximum pay works two different ways depending on the payrate types you are using:

• If you are using flat rate pay, maximum pay will apply to both base rate + all incentives.

• If you are using hourly by class or hourly by duration, maximum pay will only apply to incentives.

Maximum pay can be removed from a payrate at any time by editing the payrate and clicking the red trash icon. Please be sure to save your changes.

Look for the Max Pay box on the add & edit payrate screen.
