What reservations are included in incentives?

Studios can customize which reservations are included in incentives. The most common customizations are:

• Which reservation statuses to include in incentives. For example, do you want to pay an instructor for late cancels and/or no shows, or only pay an instructor for actual class attendees?

• Whether to exclude certain credit / membership types. For example, do you want to exclude staff from incentive calculations?

Reservations that qualify for incentives are called eligible reservations. Changes to existing accounts can be made at any time by contacting Bitlancer Support.
