What is extra late cancel?

Extra late cancel is a feature of our software that allows you to charge a higher fee for those who late cancel closer to class time.

For example, suppose you have an 8 hour late cancel window, with late cancels charged $10 and no shows charged $20. You could choose to enable an extra late cancel penalty of $15 for those who cancel within 30 minutes of class time.

In this case:

• Members who cancel between 8 hours and 30 minutes before class will be charged $10.

• Members who cancel between 30 minutes and the start of class will be charged $15.

• Members who no show will be charged $20.

This feature is meant to reduce the amount of last minute cancellations you may experience at your studio.
