How can I see how many charges have processed?

For a short period of time, the best way to do this is to review your final reports we send via email each night. These reports are easily searchable and provide insight into which clients have been charged, forgiven, etc.

You can also ask Bitlancer Support to enable a weekly summary report on your account.

The Mindbody Sales by Product report is the best solution for longer periods of time. For example, if you want to review how many late cancel & no show fees you’ve charged during a specific week, month, or even year. This report doesn’t allow you to check multiple products at once - you’ll want to run it once for each type of fee you charge (Late Cancel, Extra Late Cancel, and/or No Show).
