What are the known limitations of the software?

Here is a list of the most common limitations customers ask us about. Unfortunately:

  • It is not currently possible to setup incentives based on the price a client paid for a class. For example, you can not use our software to compensate an instructor 40% of what a client paid for a class credit. We have worked around this limitation for some clients and would be happy to discuss options with you.

  • We do not currently support configuring hourly rates for staff members within our software. This is by design.

  • Our Gusto integration does not support contractors. All instructors & staff members must be configured as employees within Gusto.

  • Our Gusto integration does not support off-cycle payrolls.
