How can I change how much I’m charging?
Prices ($10 for a late cancel, $20 for a no show, etc.) are tied directly to products within Mindbody. When we charge a customer, we process a sale of that product (at whatever price you’ve configured, plus potentially any relevant taxes and fees) using the barcode of the product. If at any time you change the barcode of a product (Late Cancel Fee, No Show Fee, etc.), we must update that barcode on our end as well for charges to continue to process.
You can update the prices of your Late Cancel, Extra Late Cancel, or No Show fees at any time from within Mindbody. To do so, follow this help article from Mindbody on editing products.
If you need help finding your product from within the products screen, typically searching by keyword “Fee” pulls up the late cancel related products.
